1. If you wish to cancel your order: you can notify us by email to info@cheekybrats.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or
where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause# 2 below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause# 2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

Delivery & Assembly

Deliveries are within 3 - 5 working days, room sets can take upto 28 working days (ex Public Holidays) of order being placed, between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. Unfortunately we cannot give a precise delivery time. If no one is at home when the couriers attempt delivery, they will leave a calling card for you to call the local depot and arrange delivery. The couriers cannot leave goods without a signature.

Split Deliveries Note: Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than one parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further two working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.
