Delivery Charges

Spend over £50 and delivery is FREE to mainland UK (excluding some parts of the Scottish Highlands). Its Simple.

Orders are processed same or next working day. We aim to deliver all items within 4 working days unless otherwise stated, but you should allow a maximum of 28 working days for delivery in exceptional circumstances. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours.

Deposit Based Items & Preorder Only

These products are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Cheekybrats does not ship these products. These will be Kidsmill & Boori Furniture. The deposit is paid directly to Cheekybrats and the balance is paid to the supplier upon assembly of the furniture. Exact deposit details will be listed within the details of each product. Please note these items are non returnable. this does not affect your statutory rights.

 Stock Availability

All availability and delivery details are approximate and should be used as a guide only. Cheekybrats processes between 200 - 300 orders in any 24 hour period and items can go out of stock very quickly.

 Im Not Home! What should I do?

Do not worry! We will only deliver an item if it is signed for. We will not allow our courier to leave an item in an unsecured location. If delivery is unsuccessful, it will be held in the nearest depot. Each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card "Were holding an item for you." and you will be able to collect it at the delivery address they have provided. The order will be held for up to three weeks, after which time your items will be returned to our warehouse. 

 All Items must be signed as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may prolong the time in which a claim is processed for any damaged or faulty products. Should an order be cancelled after despatch or you refuse delivery of an item, BabyStoreDirect reserve the right to include an administration charged deducted from any refund of monies due to you. The charge will be equivalent to the return fee our courier charge us and is weight dependant. 

My Items are incomplete or damaged, what do i do?

If items have arrived damaged or incomplete, please accept delivery and check all the items. If any item is damaged contact us.  Please refer to our Returns Policy section for further details.

Return Policy

14 day no questions asked returns policy*

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The cost of return is at your own expense.

*Special orders do not qualify for the 14 day no questions asked returns policy, and are non refundable.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

Cheeky Brats UK are happy to refund or exchange any product that you are not satisfied with, however they MUST be returned unused in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return costs are at your own expense.

In the unlikely event that we have sent an incorrect product/colour, please email us.

Please keep your invoice with you which can be found in your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging, as it may be used to verify the authenticity of the product by our returns team.

If you would like us to arrange a secure collection for the return of any items please inform us. charges are applicable and are shown below.  Specialised or made to order items can only be returned if found faulty. Self assembly furniture cannot be returned if assembly is part of fully completed unless there is a fault with the item. Mattresses cannot be returned if the original seal has been broken unless there is a manufacturer fault with it.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Charges of secure Collection

We do not charge for collection of faulty items which are covered within the manufacturers warranty. The eligibility of the free collection will depend upon the verification at the service centre. We charge a collection fee of £25 which will cover collection of the goods via courier, administration costs and return back to you. Unfortunately we are unable to provide collection service outside of the UK. This must be organised at your own cost. All repairs which are deemed chargable by the manufacturer will be forwarded on to you in addition to any collection charges already applied.

Please Note: Goods which are not in original packaging and are boxed inadequately will not be accepted under ANY circumstances.

How do I return an item to you?

A Returns Number must be obtained by emailing us .(Please include details of what you wish to return, ur BSD order number and the reason for return). We will email you a returns form with your returns number. This must be printed, enclosed in an envelope, attached with the returns address showing and returned to us. Please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided on the Returns Form.

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

Please note: For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

Guarantee

Should a manufacturing fault occur within 28 days after receipt of the product, we will happily repair or exchange the faulty item.

If a manufacturing fault occurs after 28 days, but still within the manufacturers warranty period, we will repair or arrange for spare parts to be sent free of charge.
The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, or any fault due to misuse or wear and tear, and you will be charged accordingly for any repair work or parts needed to fix the fault.

If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.

If youve had the product for more than 6 months following the date of receipt, we can arrange a quote from the manufacturer for repair.

Once your goods are inspected by the relevant manufacturer, they will make a decision on whether applying charges to your repair is applicable. We will always side with the decision of the manufacturer, without question. As we are not responsible for the design or production of these products, we are unable to make a decision on the manufacturers behalf and the decision lies with their discrepancy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
