Do you deliver outside of the U.K?
At present we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.
I have received the wrong item or wrong order, what should I do?
Telephone: 0121 331 8944 or email info@cheekybrats.co.uk to explain the problem. We will then arrange a collection for the incorrect order and dispatch the correct order.
I have received damaged goods upon delivery, what should I do?
Telephone: 0121 331 8944 or email info@cheekybrats.co.uk to explain the problem. For large items we usually arrange a courier to collect the items, as soon as we receive the damaged goods we will dispatch a replacement. On smaller items we often ask the customer to send the item via post, on receipt of the damaged/faulty item we will refund the customers postage costs and dispatch a replacement.

When will my order be delivered?
On confirmation of payment from the issuing bank we will dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Excluding weekends and Public holidays) providing the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock we will inform you within 48 hours.
How do I return an unwanted product/item?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (unless item is a special order), within 14 days of the date you received the item unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The cost of return is at your own expense. (See delivery & returns for further information)
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your consignment number. You can then track the location of your parcel using the Interlink express website.
Can I have my order delivered to an alternative delivery address?
You can order goods to an alternative delivery address, however please make sure that the billing address you supply is where the card you are using is registered. Customers must note that all alternative delivery orders are held for extra security checks and you WILL be required to provide proof of identification.
What are your opening times?
Store opening times: Monday-Wednesday 10am-5pm Thursday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-4pm. (On bank holidays the store operates Sunday opening hours) Office opening hours: Monday-Friday 10am-5pm (Closed bank holidays)

Additional £5.99 delivery added for orders less £50.00.
